The Real Estate Marketing Alliance Sales and Marketing Process Flow.

Bigger and Better

After over three decades of applying consumer-based market research and strategic planning for a wide range of real estate developments in 33 states and 17 countries, Parker Associates is responding to client needs by expanding and diversifying its services to offer applied marketing, sales management and digital systems coordination in addition to its research and planning expertise. The new organization is named the Real Estate Marketing Alliance (REMA).

With over 500 clients served since its inception in 1982, the Parker team has frequently been asked to return after planning is complete to assist the marketing and sales team with concept formation and consumer-oriented sales technique. Now, with the availability of community marketing executive, Jim Doyle, and his REDdot Marketing Agency, the team offers the creative and organization talents of a proven development marketing executive with many years of managing the marketing for a variety of new communities, including the initiation of Lakewood Ranch, now one of Florida’s top-selling new communities. In addition, Jim collaborates with the digital expertise and systems experience of David W. Parker, third son of David F. Parker and President of PTC Computer Solutions, who has capitalized on his two engineering degrees and MBA to establish a great many communities on the leading edge of electronic technology. The fourth principal of REMA is David’s older brother Chris Parker, who distinguished himself with many years of directing Parker Associates’ market research before adding applied sales and project financing to his basket of services. And these are just the REMA principals. Several other marketing, selling and financing talents are available to supplement REMA services as client needs arise.

So far, our REMA team has re-generated marketing and sales in existing communities located in North Carolina and Florida. We have been assisting a Property Owners Association in one and development principals in the other. The prospect of additional POA services for aging communities is an exciting new challenge for our team approach.
