Parker Associates has been assisting developers with the management of their Development and Marketing since 1982. Success starts with proper management.

The principals of Parker Associates have been responsible for development management of many large-scale planned communities in addition to serving as strategic advisers to an extensive number of others in the United States, Europe and Africa. Dr. Parker received his doctorate in administration and in conjunction with REMA Team associate, Jim Doyle, have been responsible for the simultaneous management of marketing in twelve planned communities in Florida and Georgia alone in the recent years since the Great Recession.

The organization and operation of a full development management team has been designed for communities in several states and foreign countries, with documented organization plans and operations policies manuals. No aspect of management is overlooked in a Parker Associates and REMA Team development plan.
